The thesis is narrow. Giorgio backs early-stage teams building the infrastructure of digital asset markets - voluntary carbon and ReFi, base-layer and scaling networks, stablecoins and settlement rails, decentralized compute, derivatives and DEX architecture, and on-chain analytics - where regulatory design is as load-bearing as the code.

Conviction, not volume, drives the selection. Giorgio writes small, holds long, and picks teams whose founding edge is legal, regulatory, or market-structural. Many of the positions below date back to the 2021-2023 window and have weathered multiple market regimes; a few are strategic follow-ons in protocols he has advised or helped structure.
