Speaking as Chief Legal Officer of Noemon Tech, Giorgio focused on the regulatory architecture that allows a physical commodity to live on-chain without severing its legal tie to the underlying asset: custody, title chains, transfer mechanisms, and the interaction between on-chain settlement and off-chain delivery. The session closed with a forward look at where the market is heading and what the next phase of tokenized commodity trading could look like, anchored in the Metals.io launch announced during the same event.
